The Erinaceous Group, the property services organisation offering a comprehensive range of services to owners and occupiers of buildings in the public and private sectors, has announced that Nigel Turnbull and Lord Razzall have joined the Board as non executive Chairman and non executive Director, respectively.

Nigel Turnbull, a former finance director of the Rank Group PLC, was chairman of the Turnbull Committee on Corporate Risk, which provided guidance to listed companies on internal control and risk management. Neil Bellis, Chief Executive, said: “Both bring a wealth of business experience and expertise, which will be of great value to us in building Erinaceous into a significant property services group. Our decision to appoint two independent non executive directors underlines our commitment to the importance of corporate governance in a growing business.”

Privately owned, the Erinaceous Group provides a comprehensive range of services spanning estate management, building consultancy, insurance and support services to the residential lettings sector. It provides management services to some 9,000 council houses and flats, and 13,000 privately owned flats.
