Erinaceous Group plc (“Erinaceous” or the “Group”), a one-stop shop property services group operating in the public and private sectors, intends to announce its results for the year to 31 March 2004 on Wednesday 9 June 2004.
Ahead of meetings this week with brokers and shareholders Erinaceous updates the trading statement made on 27 February 2004. The Group continued to trade very satisfactorily through to its year end of 31 March 2004. By the year end the Group had completed the sale of all of the surplus properties arising from the consolidation of its South London operation into Phoenix House, Wellesley Road, Croydon. The proceeds were over £3 million which was in line with the book value.
